| The Stay Together Program covers 33 counties throughout the Permian Basin, Concho Valley and Big Bend areas. Stay Together offers professional assistance to help resolve issues causing concern and tension in the home of families with children and youth ages 0-17. Child development issues can also be addressed. A twenty-four hour crisis intervention service is available for new and existing families who work with the Stay Together Program. In-home consultation is offered as well as parent and youth workshops. Positive parenting techniques are used that emphasize building on family strengths and addressing problem areas in a non-aggressive manner. Universal Child Abuse Prevention Services are available to the general public in all 33 counties. This service provides information concerning child abuse prevention and awareness. For additional information please contact any of the offices listed below. This program is provided at no cost to families and is partially funded by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. |
